- I am the Director of the Data Unit at the Department of the Interior Office of Inspector General and an adjunct professor of statistics at Georgetown University. Prior to that, I was the Director of Data Analytics at the Department of Commerce Office of Inspector General and a consultant at the World Bank for the Voice Secondment Program, a capacity building initiative for developing states. I received a PhD in International Political Economy and a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University. My research focused on the politics of trade liberalization, trade-as-aid programs like the Generalized System of Preferences, and the role of elites in individual preference formation.
